| Enshrined into the Amerks hall of fame last night. Classy ceremony. Nice to see him back.
Is he the most hated Amerk of all time for the Crunch fans??

| That is because he is one of the dirtiest players to ever disgrace our war-memorial with his presence. You know that's nothing more than a publicity stunt right? | |

| Publicity stunt? The Amerks don't induct hall of famers for publicity. He won a calder cup here, was a coach here and was an all time fan favorite. Well deserved. He played the game on the edge, no doubt.
Definitely hated him behind the bench. But that's what we have been striving for all season. Heated rivalries, passionate coaches and players. Not this all finesse no hitting game (sans the finesse ,of course) we have been forced to watch.

| That may be, but I still disagree. Inducting someone as dirty as Houda into the hall of fame is a publicity stunt, just as it was with Badduke. Even when he was a coach there, you could see a little of Houda in every player, his dirty play seemed to rub off on the other players, especially in our building. | |

Sorry, he was a GOOD player. Him being sent down from Buffalo was the start of the Amerks run to the cup. Criticize him all you want. You're wrong. It's not a stunt. They don't induct Amerks hall of fame member (next to some very prestigious players) for publicity. You Crunch glasses are on a bit tight. This isn't a Kevin Harvey-esque player. Houda actually contributed to the team. He was a rock on defense and a fan favorite. And a solid coach here. Thus, being inducted into the hall of fame.

Thus, being inducted into the hall of fame. 1996, he might of been a good player BUT, from 2000 on he was one of the dirtiest players in the AHL. Loved it when David Ling tuned him up in Rochester.
