| Has a chance at becoming the number 3 man for the ducks. If this is true we will have a enforcer and goalie in one lol. | |

| I thought the Ducks already have 2 credible GK's? If thats the case, dont you think they would be looking at a third with thoughts of helping the Crunch? I think if they really need the third man in Anaheim, they should take TP and send Emery here. Id say he is EXACTLY the sort of personality that could bring a little passion back to the fans. This team needs a real pair of coconuts now that they sent away the only pair we had. Not only would it do wonders for the fans, it might just put a REAL spark in the team and give them a reason to defend the goal! Hey if he doesnt work as a GK maybe he can coach. | |

Sounds good, but Don't expect to see Emry down here. Lex, if they're looking at him as a number 3, here is exactly where he'd end up. After such a long hiatus, they won't toss him right back in the NHL. Also, I can see JP getting the proverbial boot if this happens. I'd hate to see it. Despite a terrible record, I think he is way more solid than Timo. But Timo is their prospect, and we all know their stance on prospects. See Newton, Mitera etc. Playing time no matter what.

| If they do pick up Emery he would be down at this level to prove himself. The duck have a decent number 2 goalie at a pretty cheap price so they aren't looking for emery to crack the nhl lineup at least not this year. | |

| Interesting for sure, maybe just 2 months late!
Emery made about 1.25 last year. Taking a wild guess he would sign for a pro rated amount of that say 450,000 for the rest of the year. 1st would Anaheim pay that much for a 3rd goalie when they have a decent back up? 2nd With Emerys past issues does he even want to spend any amount of time in the AHL?
With our luck heres what will happen.....
Ducks sign Emery for 1 year, they send down there current back up for "conditioning" he's claimed by the Islanders, and we are right back to were we started with TIMO and JP. A week later JP twists his ankle playing hop scotch with Holick and the boys, they call up some other YoYo for 4 weeks who LIGHTS IT UP, i'm talking and a 953 save percentage, 1.96 GAA- but are offense scores a combined 3 goals in 8 games and we are now in last place.......ahh godddd

| I don't think we'll see Emery here, but I really hope I'm wrong. The contract is way too affordable for an experienced goaltender. I know he has to have some rust but there is still 30 games left and for a sure playoff team that could use a #2 in net he would not be a bad option. All we can do is pray to the hockey gods that he clears and maybe (highly unlikely) he can help sneek Syracuse into a playoff spot. | |

| I think he will be picked up also since he is very affordable. I also think the only way the Crunch might sneak into a playoff spot is a few bus crashes, lets hope I am wrong but after the last couple years not alot of hope is left in the tanks | |

| I need a reason to continue going to Crunch games. If, in the back of my mind, there is some possibility that this might be a spark to keep the team going, and we might return to seeing some real hockey like we saw last weekend, Im going to keep saying that he will clear, and end up in Syracuse for the rest of the season. DONT TRY TO TELL ME OTHERWISE! I think TP should just stay out west as long as he is out there and let Emery and JP finish up the season here. Maybe with some consistancy in goal, the rest of the team will stay on course, keep the testicles that they borrowed last weekend, and regain a little bit of respect in the league. I hope by the end of the season we are all being told "I told you so" and this young team comes together like they were promised to. Who knows...Maybe even Holick can learn a thing or 2 from Emery. If a light suddenly goes on in his head maybe he will become an AHL caliber coach too...HAHA Im just kidding. | |

| Ray looks like he still has some rust but overall these two games he has looked pretty good. I think he has a great ability to read the play, but his quickness is not where it should be . That has to be expected. He seems like he makes himself look small in net and challenges the shooter which is ok because he never seemed to be out of position on any shots. He handles the puck pretty good and besides the quickness (which will most likely come back in due time) I could see him as an NHL goaltender. | |

| I sort of felt the same way after watching Ray again tonight. Hes good but I see a lot of rust. Hey he stopped 34 of 35 shots tonight. Thats really great but I also saw him make some bobbles. Im thinking we may be lucky enough to have him with us longer than we originally thought. Unfortunately, it doesnt sound like Timo is setting the world on fire in Anaheim so I doubt Razor will be here any longer than absolutely necessary. | |

| Yeah this is no big surprise. He has played decent and Hiller has no time table for being back yet. So here we go again with the who is gonna be in goal tonight. I never thought I would say this but thank god only 12 more games till this season is over. | |

| We can only hope that the team learned a little something from him and REMEMBERS IT! If they keep playing like they did last weekend, win or lose, they will have a lot more respect from the fans as well as other teams. Now all they lack is someone that can fight without getting hurt and they can finish out the season with some class. | |
