| Anyone have any thoughts on who may be the top teams this year? I;ve followed the offseason pretty closely. I think the top teams will be Hershey, WBS, Chicago, Oklahoma City, Hamilton and Rochester. | |

| Rochester? Go figure. Anyone who reads the RSF page would think you guys wanna run them out of town with pitch forks and torches. All kidding aside, there has been some "from the ground up" sweeping of teams. New coaches....most unproven at this level. It will make for an interesting year for a few teams. I don't see Hershey as much of a power house as the last two years. I will say this.....for once it will be a blessing for us Crunch fans to be the possible crossover team instead of having to worry about being bumped by one this year. | |

| Yeah a lot of fans there aren't too high on the team, but it'll be very good. And with Tyler Arnason getting invited to Florida's camp, and hopefully ending up in Rochester, the team could be even more talented.
The forwards are very solid and we could have a goalie that just blows away the league. It's shaping up to be a good year.

I won't even speculate anymore.

| That's no fun. I could very well be wrong, but the pieces are in place. It'll mostly come down to injuries and re-calls. | |

| Andrew Peters most likely. Slight chance he makes Florida, but I doubt it. Triston Grant as well. Middleweight who always racks up a ton of fighting majors. James DeLory is in the mix too. | |

| Ya Hershey,WBS, Hamilton seem to be solid every year. It will be interesting to see how Manitoba does without Arniel behind the bench. I think OKC will be great if Giroux plays there but i think he saw his chance to be a full time NHL'er with Edmonton. | |

| I'll post a potential Amerks roster as of right now.
Repik - Santorelli - Arnason(?) Taylor - Cullen - Dadonov(?) McArdle - Thomas - Grant Duco - Timmins - Jenks
Wilson - Ellerby Callahan - Robak Hudson - Kostka
Markstrom Plante
Arnason and Dadonov are really the only question marks.

| Tyler Arnason played for Latvian KHL team Riga Dinamo last year, and he was probably the most criticized player in the league. So good luck with him. Well, i don`t know much who will be the top teams in AHL, just hope that Crunch will be somewhere there to. | |

| Well the Amerks took a pretty big hit when Mark Cullen tore his achilles tendon. Awful injury. Out at least 4 months. Fortunately, the Panthers have said that either through free agency, waivers or players coming back from Europe, he'll be replaced. | |

| That leaves you guys one up on us. The Ducks say Jaffray was never intended to come here. However I still believe that it will somehow impact us. Maybe I am wrong. Hopefully. | |

Where was that said? And it will absolutely effect you. Because if he made the Ducks, that would have pushed another forward down to Syracuse. Now that won't happen and Jaffray won't be in Syracuse either. Unless they sign someone else, it's a big loss.

| http://blog.syracuse.com/crunch/2010/09/syracuse_crunch_changes_time_o.htmlAbout mid-article: "- When I asked Crunch assistant GM Bob Ferguson about the possibility of signing Denis Hamel to replace the injured Jason Jaffray, he played down the possibility. Ferguson said Jaffray was slotted for the Ducks anyways, so technically he's not really a loss from the Crunch lineup." The Article continues. | |

Eh I agree with Kramer. I doubt that was the case. He would have seen time in Syracuse. But either way like I said, Syracuse still loses a player regardless.
