| Hershey 4-2-0-1
Syracuse 3-3-0-1
Coming off a bad loss Syracuse needs a bounce back game especially defensively. I'm sure Hershey will give the defense some work as year in and year out they are strong offensively. 27 goals in 7 games this year.
I think Syracuse needs a fast start and to score some goals early because if they get behind early i don't see Hershey giving back the lead. That's what worked against Norfolk anyway.
If I were Holick I'd put Timo in net and play J.P. tommorow but we'll see.
I know it's still October but division games are always important. Here's to a good weekend and hopefully getting 4 pts. out of it.

| Well Green and Gauthier won't be playing. 2 less vets on the ice worries me a bit. | |

| I don't see a close game tonight. Either very good or very bad. Sadly I am leaning towards the latter.
They have proven me wrong before...let's hope they can again.

| better result than most anticipated. 40 SOG is an improvement. It seems that they gave Hershey to much open space on the ice. A team like that will take full advatage of that space. Oh well we got a point out of it. | |

| Well, they did prove me wrong. Great game. Disappointing outcome. Great offensive chances. I was impressed. | |

| Great game until Hershey started punking and intimading our younger players.Hershey remembered they were Hershey and the Crunch remembered, well they were the 2 Time defending Champs there it seemed in the third Period. We have NO checkers willing to take the body.If this team had the attitude of past Crunch teams where they didnt take no ****, I think we would of had a brawl tonight. But everytime one of our players said something to one of theres, any Hershey player on the Ice was all over our player. These young kids gotta get use to playing 27-30 yr old men. This is PROFESSIONAL HOCKEY not collge or ECHL.
MORE BODY CHECKS !

WWWHHHATTT ISSSSS THIISSSS ? ? ? BALLLLL ROOOMMMM DANNNCIINNGGGGG????? Ya I noticed that also as the game went on. I think that might be the word around the league is you can beat the crunch up first, after that it's easier to beat them on the scoreboard. If they have that reputation it's going to be a long season.

| I saw a lot of positives in the game last night. But first the negatives: I agree that there HAS to be more hitting. We have a big team....use that size to our advantage in our smaller ice surface. After the first Hershey goal we went into panic mode. That can't happen, we have to play hard 60 minutes. Finally the overtime was a mess, Aucoin looked like he was on a Sunday morning skate in our end. And for God's sake , Clark had a chance to clear the puck but he dicked around with it and lost it, leading to the goal. DUMP THE PUCK!!!
The positves were a ton more shots on goal. I know SOG does not always add up to a win, but it was a great improvement. Another positive was a great timeout called by Holick in the third period. That seemed to settle the boys down and we started pushing the puck and got the momentum back. And earlier how about when Holick sent Mirasty out to scrap with Finley in the second period, Yates would have never done that.
A loss is a loss, but overall I thought the boys played much better. The game was exciting and we almost pulled it off. Hopefully we take care of some of the negitives, and keep moving foward. Bring on Albany!!
